Paid Shipping – A flat fee of $99 applies for orders above $499, delivered within 3–6 business days.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS to monitor your package.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, holidays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

Buffaloutdoor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products must be:

Unused and undamaged

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
